Trustees
In 2024, The Great Notts Christmas Toy Appeal became a registered charity. It is now run by a board of four trustees.

NICK CLARK: Appeals Organiser, Chair of the Board of Trustees. A donator since 1991, Nick took over the appeal in 2018 and runs the three collection days. He also does branding for the appeal and looks after the website and Facebook group.
BEV LOCKYER: Admin Officer. Bev is responsible for maintaining the database for the appeal and communicating with all the donators. She also wrote the submission to the charity commissioners that successfully gained the appeal charitable status at the first attempt. During the appeal days, she runs Theo's Cafe for the volunteers.

EMMA MACHIN: Business Liaison. Emma joined the appeal as the organiser of the Rolls Royce donation in 2018. She is also responsible for bringing in ITP Aero and the contributions of both these companies has allowed the appeal to thrive and expand in recent years. Emma's focus is also bringing in new business partners.
HAZEL CLARK: Service Users Liaison. Hazel started donating to the appeal as a child but since working as a volunteer, she has concentrated on reaching out to groups that serve the most disadvantaged children - our target users. By 2024, she had increased our service user organisations to sixty!
